Alternatively, you can place your order by telephone, or by requesting a Vulpecula order form by email or mail. You will receive an order confirmation and total payment due with all applicable charges by email.
Payment of goods can be made by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB (Japanese Credit Bureau), Diners Club, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Clients are also welcome to pay by cheque or direct bank credit for a domestic bank deposit or international money transfer. Once the payment has been processed, goods are immediately dispatched provided they are in stock.
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges to all other destinations will be added to your invoice and are based on geographical destination and the weight of the goods. All import duties or other tax levies outside the European Union are payable by the purchaser.
